GVA Grimley completes £10m of sales in just three months

Property agents GVA Grimley report that, in the last three months, they have completed on the sale of eight care homes with a total value exceeding £10 million. Healthcare associate Amanda Nurse said the number of businesses sold by the sales team during the last 12 months had seen the healthcare arm of GVA Grimley¹s business grow by 30 per cent. “We anticipate that in the next 12 months there will be increasing demand for good quality businesses,” Ms Nurse said. “Since Christmas we have seen a 16 per cent increase in enquiries from purchasers seeking elderly care homes within Scotland and a 17 per cent increase in enquires for specialist homes with average fees exceeding £750/resident/week.”
