Hallmark announces two strategic appointments

Hallmark Healthcare has strengthened its management team with the creation of two new posts at senior level.

The new faces are Phil Winfield, who joins as marketing manager, and Michael Broughton who has been appointed as head of dementia care.

Mr Winfield brings to Hallmark a wealth of marketing experience having worked for many years as a marketeer in the automotive sector. His role will be to manage the whole range of marketing activity from local marketing plans and public relations to new media and events.

Michael Broughton takes on the responsibility of ensuring the high standard of personalised care for residents with dementia.

Mr Broughton has spent many years developing services for people living with dementia and encouraging staff to promote best practice.

His most recent post was with MHA Care Group as dementia care advisor.
