Healthcare Homes acquires another property in Norfolk

Healthcare Homes Group has acquired The Manor House, near North Walsham in Norfolk. The company was launched less than a year ago and this new purchase brings Healthcare Homes’ total of care homes in the east of England to 15. with properties in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. The Manor House, which provides residential care, has 52 ensuite, single bedrooms and a staff of more than 50 led by manager Pam Davis, RGN. In addition, the property already has outline planning permission to build a 40 bed dementia unit in the grounds. The Manor House was an independent care home previously owned and run by Mrs Mavis White.
