Hertfordshire lease transfers completed

Christie & Co’s corporate healthcare division has acted on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council in the lease transfer of four residential care homes and three attached day care centres for older people, to Runwood Homes plc. These were: Ashwood residential home in Ware, capacity 60, Highview Lodge residential home, Hemel Hempstead, capacity 60, Wisden Court residential home, Stevenage, capacity 40, and Greenbanks residential home in Watford, capacity 60. Christie & Co’s has also sold Sampford Homes in Melksham, Wiltshire (dual registered for 76) and The Hollies at Burghfield in Reading, a nursing home registered for 40, on behalf of the General Healthcare Group to Simner Ltd.
