Hill Care acquires six care homes from Four Seasons

Derbyshire-based provider Hill Care has acquired six care homes from Four Seasons Healthcare.

The acquisition takes Hill Care from 19 to 25 homes, with more than 1,200 registered beds. The new homes are:

• Bannatyne Lodge, Peterlee

• Broadacres, Rotherham

• Pelton Grange, Chester-le-Street

• The Oaks, Northumberland

• Waverly Lodge, Newcastle Upon Tyne

• Bewick, Newcastle Upon Tyne
