Homecare in Leeds

An aging population and the trend for homecare provision has prompted health and social care recruitment consultancy, Beresford Blake Thomas (BBT) to introduce a dedicated domiciliary care recruitment division in Leeds to help meet growing staffing demands. BBT will recruit for a number of positions for this sector, particularly care assistants, senior care assistants, support workers, co-ordinators and team leaders. According to statistics from a recent Independent Care Group conference, the number of people eligible for care home places will grow by 10,000 a year for the next 15 years and much of this demand will need to be met by domiciliary care.
