Housing 21 wins contract to provide extracare services

Housing 21has won a contract with Axiom Housing Association to deliver services to The Pavilions, a new extracare scheme in Peterborough.

Under the terms of the contract, Housing 21 will provide around 25,000 hours of care per annum at The Pavilions, which is due to open in July. Avenance, Elior UK’s operating company in the healthcare sector, will provide food service expertise through the on-site restaurant seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.
