Housing association plans expansion in Wales

First Choice Housing, a Welsh housing association specialising in accommodation for people with learning disabilities is to spend £18m on increasing the number of homes it provides for vulnerable people across Wales by almost 60% over the next three years.

The association, whose headquarters is in Penarth, currently works in partnership with 17 local authorities in Wales and one English local authority to provide accommodation for nearly 400 people with a wide-range of learning and sensory disabilities.
