The Royal Bank of Scotland has appointed Jeremy Huband as director of healthcare for it’s London commercial healthcare team. The newly formed team brings together all the healthcare teams across London supporting healthcare businesses that turnover up to £25million. The team covers a broad spread of specialisms including care homes, small hospitals, nursery schools, GPs and dentists. Jeremy Huband joined RBS in 1986. Since 1996 he has built a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients around London with a focus on care homes. “It is extremely satisfying to have all our London based healthcare teams under one umbrella,” said Mr Huband. “We had some tremendous successes in 2006 through helping care homes structure financial models and supplying the required levels of finance to fund their development plans. We look forward to providing more finance to London care providers throughout 2007.”
