IFA firm launches recruitment drive

Independent financial advice firm Millfield Partnership Ltd has appointed Jeremy Davies as business development executive to establish a new team of specialist Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), committed to providing dedicated, expert advice on long term care. Over the next 12 months, Mr Davies aims to build a team of 35-50 IFAs who are experienced in the areas of protection and serving the over 50s market. To achieve this, Millfield is undertaking an IFA recruitment programme to enlist both new IFAs and existing Millfield advisers who are interested in catering for the growing long term care needs of the UK¹s ageing population. Jeremy Davies has spent the last four years managing his own company, training IFAs on the long-term care market. “This is a complex and emotive area with emphasis on caring for client’s needs and circumstances.
