Immune from the credit squeeze, or crippled by it?

My colleague, Andrew Sidwell, wrote an article in September 2007 asking the question “Will the bank credit squeeze affect the value of care homes?” The market during the last eight months has been interesting to say the least, and that question is still on the lips of vendors, purchasers, investors and lenders.

To be positive, however, GVA Grimley’s healthcare team has achieved its best ever year end results, following an exceptional performance across both its valuation and agency teams.
