ISO standard for home

Cheltenham Old People¹s Housing Society, known as “The Lilian Faithfull Homes” has been awarded the ISO 9001 accolade for its nursing home and two residential homes in Cheltenham. The ISO 9001 standards are a set of international quality management standards and guidelines. In order to receive certification a series of internal audits were carried out by an independent third party that demonstrated conformity to the ISO 9001 quality management system. The award recognises that the organisation is providing a consistent standard of quality service that meets customer and regulatory requirements and shows a commitment to continual improvement
