Jim Fogden moves north

Jim Fogden has joined property agent Chesterton’s expanding Leeds-based healthcare function, having previously been based at Chesterton’s Southampton office. Mr Fogden will provide valuation, consultancy and agency advice, helping to develop business with lenders to, and owners of, nursing and residential care homes. Chesterton’s head of healthcare for the North of England Richard Keyes said Mr Fogden would play a key role in developing the company’s healthcare business in the north. “His appointment is driven by the need to meet the increasing demands of both our corporate and smaller client bases,” Mr Keyes said.
