Kent care contract for Housing 21

Not-for-profit provider Housing 21 has been awarded the contract to provide care and support services across seven new extracare schemes for older people in Kent.

The £2m per annum five year contract started in April as part of the ‘Better Homes Active Lives’ Private Finance Initiative (PFI) which is providing 275 apartments for older people in new schemes in Ashford, Shepway, Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Dartford and Maidstone.
