| Care UK's new way of working |

| Dec 31: Care UK has set out a new way of working that will create a benchmark for how support for adults with learning disabilities is designed in the future. This new approach is set out in a Service User Involvement Strategy which was created by staff in Care UK's learning disability services working alongside the people they care for. The strategy is designed to achieve a service that allows all of the people that the company supports to voice their opinions and shape the service that they want.
