| LNT sells TBS&V to management |

| Jan 11: In the first of a two-stage process, Leeds-based LNT Group has sold its business valuations company, Taylors Business Surveyors and Valuers Ltd (TBS&V) - one half of business GLP Taylors - to its management team. Group Chairman Lawrence Tomlinson decided that there was a potential conflict of interest within the group, since its re-entry into care home operation with Ideal Care Homes.
