| Housing 21’s Melinda Phillips retires |

Melinda Phillips, the long serving Chief Executive of Housing 21, one of Britain's leading social enterprises specialising in housing, care and health for older people has retired.
Phillips will be succeeded by Pushpa Raguvaran, the current Deputy Chief Executive who has been with the company for 14 years.
Phillips said: 'It has been a great privilege to lead such a fantastic and inspiring organisation as Housing 21 over the past 15 years. I am proud of the many changes and developments that have occurred during my tenure and believe that the company is well-positioned for its new phase of growth.'
David Grayson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Housing 21, added: 'In Puspha we have a very worthy successor. She has shown much skill and insight in her role with responsibility for our finances and our commercial development.'
