| Christie+Co sells three Park Group homes |

Acting on behalf of Administrators Grant Thornton, Christie + Co has sold the freehold interests of three East Midlands-based care homes, which were operated by the Park Group, to a private buyer, for an undisclosed sum.
The portfolio comprises the purpose-built, 54-bed Autumn Grange near Worksop (pictured above), the 40-bed Park Lodge Care Home in Chesterfield, and the purpose-built, 50-bed Park Side home in Mansfield.
The marketing of the homes generated a substantial amount of interest and multiple offers were received.
Christie + Co's Lee Howard said: 'After a high profile marketing campaign we are delighted to have been able to successfully complete the sale of these three units, I am sure the new operator will continue to improve the group and benefit from adding them to their existing homes, which are geographically close.'
