In recent weeks, Caring Times has been contacted by two care homes who have said a “reporter” from this magazine had visited their facility with a view to running a story in this magazine. In both cases Caring Times had not, in fact, sent anyone to either of the care homes who both described the “reporter” as “young and thin”.

We have no idea who this person is, or what their intent may have been in visiting a care home in the guise of a journalist. We advise any care home who is contacted by anyone who claims to be from Caring Times (or any other publication) to check with the publication concerned before admitting the person into your facility.
