Lincat extends range of space saving fryers

Lincat has expanded its Opus 700 range of fryers with the addition of two new high-powered models in 400mm and 600mm widths. Both gas fryers have single tanks with two frying baskets as standard. They are said to be ideal for establishments that rely on high, rapid outputs. The 400mm wide fryer has a 16 litre oil capacity and a 30kW rating which will cook 40kg of chips per hour. The 600mm version has a 20 litre tank with a 32 kW rating. Marketing director Nick McDonald said that, despite their high output, the fryers were compact in size to save space. He said all Opus 700 fryers had highly accurate, close tolerance thermostats, with a range of 130 to 190C, for perfect, consistent results. “Modern, busy establishments demand a fast, consistent turnaround of food from economic, reliable fryers,” Mr McDonald said. “These new fryers will help ensure that quick service can be achieved.” Tel: 01522 875500
