Liverpool nursing home sold in off-market deal

Specialist agents Christie & Co have reported the sale of Finch Manor nursing home in Liverpool, in a confidential, off-market deal, for an undisclosed figure, from an asking price of £2.25m. Christie & Co acted for Messrs Latif, Chudhurary and Nawaz, who own several care homes in the Liverpool area and have sold Finch Manor due to the rationalisation of their business interests. The new owner is Mr M Stimler from Noblefield Ltd, an existing care home owner based in the South of England. Finch Manor is a purpose built, single storey care home which is dual registered as a nursing and general residential home for 89 residents. Accommodation is provided in 89 single bedrooms (85 having en suite facilities).
