LNT to build 61-bed home on Derbyshire pub site

Leeds-based developer LNT Construction has been granted planning permission by Derby Council to build a care home on the site of existing pub The Anglers Arms in Spondon, Derbyshire.

LNT Construction, which specialises in building for the care sector, purchased the site in early 2009 subject to planning permission being granted and will shortly start building the 61-bed facility. The two-storey home will provide 31 beds for dementia care and 30 for residential and will also offer fully landscaped sensory gardens, a courtyard, a hairdressing salon and floor
