Local authority procurement guidance can be downloaded

The Private Finance Initiative (PFI), funded by the Department of Health, has a positive role to play in helping local authorities deliver improved care facilities, according to 4ps, local government’s partnerships and project delivery specialist.

To support local authorities deliver adult social care services, such as new residential care services and day facilities for older people and for people with disabilities, through PFI, 4ps has published a guide to procuring care facilities.
