Lock, Hulyer join FPD Savills

International property adviser FPDSavills has recruited two senior professionals ­ Iain Lock and Richard Hulyer ­ for its national healthcare and hotels department. Iain Lock, an investment specialist and expert witness surveyor joins the London-based team to focus on healthcare and hotel investment sales in the UK and Europe. Richard Hulyer has more than 13 years specialist experience in the valuation of a varied portfolio of healthcare businesses, hotel and licensed premises across the UK. Craig Woollam, director of the healthcare department at FPDSavills, said Mr Hulyer would concentrate on the regions, focusing on the north of England and would work closely with Julian Troup, who joined FPDSavills from Christie & Co in August this year. “The appointment of Richard and Iain will extend the range of expertise and depth of experience within our team and further strengthen our national presence so that we remain at the top of the Å’premier league¹ for advice and agency work in healthcare and hotels,” Mr Wo
