Looking after your reputation

Following my article in this publication earlier in the year, ‘Has the big brand bubble burst?’, it was interesting to receive feedback, views and concerns from many in the sector.
Taking one issue from that article further, it is interesting to see that Edelman’s have since published their annual international ‘trust barometer’ of companies and brands. They report that 56% of respondents in their survey didn’t trust what a business says, and only 18% of respondents trusted business chief executives!
