Motivators looking to expand with new franchises

A company which provides specialist motivational classes for residents in nursing and residential homes is looking to establish new franchises in the North East. Motivation and Co. was established by Elaine Everett in 1997 and operated initially as a sole trader. Ms Everett said the business had proved to be very successful with care homes in Yorkshire using the company¹s franchises in York, Wakefield and Leeds, where more than 100 classes per month are being delivered. She says the company is now ready for the next stage of its expansion and is looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals across the North East. “Motivation and Co. programmes have been designed by a team of professional therapists and include challenging, stimulating and motivating exercises that can help residents maintain or improve their emotional and physical well being,” Ms Everett said. “The launch of the business in the North East was hailed a huge success by staff and residents.
