Name changes

The charity formerly known as Action for Dysphasic Adults has changed its name to “Speakability”. The organisation supports and represents people with aphasia, the loss of language due to stroke or head injury. The condition affects about quarter of a million people in the UK. Droitwich Spa and Rural Housing Association has changed its name to the less unwieldy Spa Housing Association. The association owns 2,650 homes with a further 111 properties uder cinstruction. It also manages a number of sheletered housing developments for older people, and St Stephens residential care home in Worcester.
