Are you brilliant at what you do?

Barchester Healthcare’s Richard Sweeting won the Care Marketeer category of last year’s National Care Awards.

“I really enjoyed the Care Awards evening and I was truly honoured to have won– a lovely surprise,” said Richard.

“It was great to share the celebrations with the residents and my colleagues back at Highfield – ensuring the residents are happy is the most important thing for me.”

The National Care Awards celebrate excellence and professionalism in many aspects of care – there are 18 categories in this year’s National Care Awards and you could nominate yourself or a colleague as a candidate for any of these.
