New business system for Anchor Trust

Not-for-profit provider Anchor Trust has signed a £1.1 million contract with Agresso Ltd to move to its integrated financial and business management system. Anchor Trust’s director of core and shared services Mike McDonagh said the Trust would replace its current PeopleSoft system and use “Agresso Business World” for its redesigned business processes. “We expect to make efficiency savings which it says will free-up staff for front line care,” said Mr McDonagh. “We want to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible to deliver the best service to our customers and Agresso’s system best fits our requirements. “We are changing our business processes to make them more effective and the Agresso system will support this. Features such as on-line requisitioning and budgeting will further enhance control over spending. It will also give us greater visibility of the management information that we use to run the business and ultimately this will improve the level of care that we can provide.” Anchor Trust has m
