New Century buys Aaroncare

New Century Care has acquired Aaroncare Ltd, which operates a group of five care homes in the north west of England and Scotland for an undisclosed sum. Property agents Christie + Co acted for New Century which now operates a portfolio of 17 facilities across the UK. The former Aaroncare homes provide about 300 rooms within the categories of elderly nursing or residential care and are located in Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, Skelmersdale, Huyton and Edinburgh. Guy Bosanko from Christie + Co’s corporate care team comments said his team had established strong business relationships with the key care home operators in the UK and was aware of New Century Care’s desire to expand and improve geographical coverage. “Our success in introducing potential purchasers to appropriate acquisition opportunities demonstrates our unrivalled knowledge of the local and national care markets,” said Mr Bosanko.
