New faces at GVA Grimley’s Manchester office

Property agents GVA Grimley have appointed Matthew Stone and Samantha Cooper the the company’s healthcare team in Manchester. Cirion Plant, who is based in the Manchester office of GVA Grimley, said the enlarged team significantly expanded both the regional and national capability of the healthcare team and was a testament to the growing demand for specialist services in valuation, consultancy and transactional work. Matthew Stone is a qualified surveyor, whose experience in the healthcare sector ranges from individual secured lending advice, through to large portfolio valuations on behalf of corporate providers. Mr Stone has also provided consultancy advice in a number of highly specialised niche areas of the sector. Samantha Cooper joins GVA to meet the growing demand for focused acquisition and disposal services, for owner operators and corporate providers alike. Ms Cooper has a range of knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector, covering both specialist care providers and the mainstream elderly
