New investor for Healthcare Homes

Healthcare Homes, a major provider of care homes in the East of England has taken on board new financial support to enable the company to continue its expansion.

Private equity firm Bowmark Capital has bought the shares of previous shareholder August Equity and organised further borrowings to be available to the group. The move means Healthcare Homes, which owns 21 nursing and residential homes throughout the region, can continue to grow its business.
