Noble is a top manager for Mimosa

Nurse Noble Sebastian’s career with Mimosa Healthcare is an overseas recruitment success story. Having trained as a nurse in India, Mr Sebastian came to England in December 2000 to join Mimosa1s nursing home group where he completed his adaptation training and induction in order to practice as a nurse in the UK. Having completed his RNI adaptation, he remained with the company and was posted to a number of Mimosa’s care homes to gain further nursing experience in the care of elderly people. With the company’s support through its subsidiary, Mimosa Training Ltd, he obtained further nursing qualifications by doing a number of specialist courses while he was working. Mr Sebastian’s wife (who is also a nurse) joined him from India and in early 2003 they had the first of their two children (a baby girl). During 2003, Mr Sebastian successfully responded to an internal advertisement for a deputy manager’s post in one of Mimosa’s care homes and as a result was appointed deputy manager at Mahogany care home with nursi
