Nurse joins Hazlewoods as director in health and care

After 17 years with property agents GVA Grimley, Amanda Nurse has joined chartered accountancy and business advice firm Hazlewoods LLP as a director in the health and care team.

Based at Cheltenham, Mrs Nurse will join a team of 22 and provide strategic disposal and acquisition advice on a range of care businesses, redevelopment opportunities and sites throughout the UK.

“In the last year, Hazlewoods has advised upon 33 healthcare transactions throughout the UK, valued at £166m,” said Mrs Nurse.

“These include a number of sizeable transactions across the elderly and specialist care sectors, where the team either sold the business or acted as lead advisors in the acquisition.”
