NVQ training – putting the theory into practice

Training in the workplace – a wonderful idea in theory, but more difficult to put into practice, unless you have all the factors in place to improve your chances of success. With NVQs in particular it is not so much the starting of the award but the finishing that is crucial, to gain from your investment of time and money. The Regis Training team say they are proud of their track record for delivering NVQs in the workplace for the care and nursing sector. Regis says that over the last seven years they have learnt from mistakes, improved on good practice, and listened to customer needs. This flexibility with research and investment has enabled them to bring together a complete package of training, learning resources, multi-media materials and workplace support for candidate and assessor. They have always emphasised the concept of long term relationships and encourage a partnership approach to delivering training. Regis training say they have delivered five or more NVQs for more than a quarter of the employers
