A course designed for managers in the voluntary, health and social care sectors has been launched by the Open University Business School (OUBS). Elements of the course _Professional Certificate in Management_ are designed to instruct participants in the pursuit of social objectives, accountability to a wider public and the need to work with and acquire resources across traditional sector boundaries. OUBS Management programme director Jill Mordaunt said the course would include support from a specialist tutor with expertise and experience in public/non-profit sector management, sector specific case studies, a special study guide, access to sector specific on-line conference and web pages. #For more details, see the June issue of _Caring Times_
