Opus range has new hob tops

Lincat Ltd, a leading UK manufacturer of cooking and food display equipment has added two boiling tops to its Opus 700 range. “These cost-effective units provide an ideal solution for those with sufficient oven capacity, but who nevertheless want to increase their hob top productivity,” says Lincat. “Both the four burner model (0G7003) and the six burner (0G7004) feature powerful dual concentric burners, which maximise cooking speed and offer full controllability even at low temperatures. “Each unit features a full depth hob top, with large individual pan supports and a low-level rear flue, allowing the whole of the hob top to be used ­ even with the largest pans. Specially designed pan supports channel all spillages into the dished hob top, which is fully sealed to prevent leakage. This means that all working parts are protected against the potential build-up of grease and grime. Cleaning time is significantly reduced since the hob can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.” Lincat says the Opus 700 boili
