PaperPak acquires Proctor & Gamble

PaperPak Prodicts Inc. has acquired the Proctor & Gamble company’s “Attends” adult incontinence products business in Europe and North America. PaperPak is also expected to soon finalise the acquisition of Wyant health care, which manufactures adult incontinence products in California and New Jersey. PaperPak chairman and chief executive Griff Hopkins said the “Attends” brand, coupled with the planned addition of Wyant Health Care were ideal acquisitions. “It not only allows us to offer our customers another trusted and highly regarded brand, but it also provides excellent opportunities for our employees as PaperPak extends its reach and capabilities throughout the world,” Mr Hopkins said. “We are particularly excited by the opportunity to extend the PaperPak family in Europe.
