Phase One of Millbrook Lodge marks another step in Gloucestershire’s £50m new build programme

The Gloucestershire Care Partnership has opened phase one of a new care home, Millbrook Lodge, in Brockworth.

The new home replaces Horsbere House in Brockworth and Saintbridge House in Gloucester, with phase two of the development scheduled to be completed in early 2010. With the commissioning of the 42-bed first phase, the current Horsbere building will be demolished to allow work on phase two (38 beds) to begin.
