Plans to redevelop an under-used sheltered housing scheme in Nottinghamshire

Housing and regeneration group LHA-ASRA hopes to transform an under-used sheltered housing scheme in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Blyth Court is a three-storey sheltered scheme comprising 28 bedsits and seven one-bedroom flats. It is currently owned by Mansfield District Council and has housed fewer residents in recent years.
