Prior to joining the IHCP as chief executive John Richards was the Executive Social Services Director of the EHSSB with corporate responsibilities for managing a £650m budget, commissioning social and community health services. John also undertakes consultancy in policy development, business planning, developing quality standards, performance reviews, child protection and case management.
