Property agents announce record year

GVA Grimley have announced a record year with profits increasing by 46 per cent, while the healthcare team has seen its business grow by 40 per cent over the same period. Highlights of the partnership’s 2004/2005 results include: # £95m UK turnover, representing an increase of 19 per cent on the previous year # Profits after bonuses increased by 46 per cent on the previous year # Staff bonus pool increased by 35 per cent on the previous year. Head of healthcare Andrew Sidwell was joined by the fellow healthcare partners at a recent cocktail party in Berkeley Square to celebrate this success. “The exceptional results, while reflective of general market activity, are a testimony to the dedication and expertise of the healthcare team,” said Mr Sidwell. “Our business is all about people, and I am delighted that we are continuing to attract the very best in the business, who recognise that a partnership such as ours is the right environment for their talents to flourish and be suitably rewarded. “The year has see
