RBS backing for Optima

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) commercial banking team has announced the provision of a £1 .7m financial package to nursing home group The Optima Care Partnership. Congresbury-based Optima Care specialises in managing the needs of elderly patients in full-time nursing care. In conjunction with its sister company, based in Torbay, it employs around 120 people. The firm required the funding package to enable it to extend an additional 36 bedrooms to its Elms Nursing Home premises to cater for EIVII residents. The official opening of Optima’s new Wilfred Leonard Care Home took place in early September.
