RBS backs small provider in South Wales

A provider in South Wales is expanding with backing of £1 million from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

The Partnership of Care Ltd was founded five years ago by husband and wife Scott and Janine Darling. With a base in Ystrad Mynach, near Caerphilly, the business operates across the South Wales valleys.
