Operon, a Leeds based facilities management, design and contracting company, has signed a contract with Central and Eastern Cheshire Primary Care NHS Trust to create a 30-bed intermediate care facility in Winsford in a deal funded by The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

The former Cheshire County Council Elmhurst care home will be upgraded to create the Elmhurst Intermediate Care facility. Operon will provide full facilities management services to the new facility.
