Stratfield Lodge care home has undergone works to extend and develop the property into a specialist centre for people with learning disabilities, with a funding package provided by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The new facility in Bournemouth was due to open at the end of October and will provide residential care along with a day activity centre for residents who are over the age of 40 and have learning disabilities.
