RBS recruits Stuart Freeman

The Royal Bank of Scotland’s Bristol commercial banking team has appointed Stuart Freeman to the commercial banking and healthcare team. Since joining RBS in 1988, Mr Freeman has become one of the bank’s leading specialist healthcare financial advisors, having established the South West healthcare team in 1996, and is the bank’s specialist GP advisor for the UK. Previously he was the healthcare manager for retail banking across the South West and South Wales regions. RBS director of commercial banking in Bristol Alan Clydesdale said Mr Freeman’s depth of knowledge and experience spanned a diverse cross section of healthcare sectors including nursing homes, general practitioners, veterinary and dentistry. “We are very excited to have Stuart in the team,” said Mr Clydesdale. “Together with head of healthcare Jon Hemming, he will support our existing customers, and play an active role in attracting and developing new customers for the commercial team in Bristol. “Due to our success in retaining and winning new c
