Recruiter signs deal with Nottingham

Nottingham City Council has appointed local recruitment organisation Personnel & Care Bank (PCB) as its preferred supplier of social services personnel. The contract includes the duty of supplying staff for the City Council in areas such as adult and child services, social workers, resident support, and care assistants. The contract was awarded to PCB over the bigger and high profile national recruitment suppliers and the consultancy says it has already filled numerous vacancies in all areas of the City Council¹s social services. Personnel & Care Bank specialise in providing care workers to a number of city and county councils. The company is rapidly expanding its care business which recently included the new care division in Nottingham and another in Guildford, Surrey. PCB managing director Rosalind Payne says she believes her comp-any¹s growing reputation as a quality provider of care staff is due to the dedication of all her staff to provide the highest standard of carers to an industry that demands cons
