Regis Training buys CTV

Regis Training has bought the Care Training Video company, known as CTV. Stephanie McGrath who founded CTV five years ago is now joining her husband in his company, Collagenics UK Ltd. Regis says the range of eight videos, which includes fire safety, risk assessment, moving and handling, food hygiene, emergency first aid and customer care are all supplied with support materials for effective in-house training for all staff in the care and nursing sectors, including care assistants, nursing auxiliaries and domiciliary workers. This form of training will blend with the new range of training courses that Regis are developing and will be linked to the TOPSS induction and foundation requirements “New videos are planned for this year, and we have started the production process of Working with the Elderly Confused. This is expected to be ready for distribution by October 1st. Others will be ready for January 2002,” says Regis. “Regis Training welcomes customers, existing and new, to contact us for supplies of these
