Richmond completes the first phase of Painswick complex

Luxury retirement villages developer Richmond Villages has completed the first phase of a new development in Painswick, Gloucestershire. With panoramic countryside views over the Cotswolds, Phase One comprises 18 luxury village apartments for those who wish to live totally independently. Phase Two, which is due to be completed early next year, is well under way, with this much larger phase providing a care centre with 38 one and two bedroom serviced apartments (each with a kitchenette, sitting room and bedroom complete with ensuite) and 24 close care bedrooms for those who need 24-hour care. The “Wellness Centre”, part of Phase Two, will include a spa, pool, sauna,steam room, gymnasium and studio.
